Privacy notice for website visitors
This notice explains what information may be processed when you visit the website and contact Super Travel Service. It should be reviewed periodically as website features change.
1. Website hosting and technical data
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps to deliver and protect the website.
2. Language preference
On a first visit to the homepage, Cloudflare may provide a country code so the site can select Arabic for Gulf countries and English for other locations. If you manually choose a language, a cookie named sts_lang may be stored for up to one year to remember your preference across pages.
3. Employer enquiry form
The enquiry form requests business contact details and any manpower requirement details you choose to provide. When submitted, the form data is sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, which forwards the enquiry by email to [email protected] and copies [email protected]. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Use the form for business enquiries; do not include sensitive identity, passport, medical or financial documents in the message.
4. How we use enquiry information
We use the information you submit to understand the employer’s manpower requirement, contact the named representative, respond to the request and manage related business communications. Please provide contact information you are authorized to share.
5. Direct WhatsApp, telephone and email links
If you choose to contact us using WhatsApp, telephone or email links, the information you submit or communicate through those services is handled subject to the relevant service provider’s terms and privacy practices. Opening WhatsApp does not submit the website form.
6. Third-party assets
Some fonts and photographs may be loaded from external providers such as Google Fonts and Unsplash. Those providers may receive technical request information when the browser loads those assets, subject to their respective policies.
7. Security, retention and requests
We use submitted enquiries for the purposes described above and retain email correspondence as reasonably required for business administration and applicable legal obligations. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. To ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information held by us, contact us using the email addresses below, subject to applicable law and any records we need to retain.
